Samsung, one of the most talked about companies in the mobile world, produces foldable smartphones as well as normal phones. The company, which wants to increase its share in this sector, is constantly expanding its product range. In this context, the company, which launched the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 last year, is preparing to introduce the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 in the coming months.
There have been many leaks about the new foldable models so far. In this context, expectations increased. Finally, another important information has emerged. Accordingly, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will come with a titanium frame.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will come with titanium frame
Revegnus, a reliable source in the smartphone market, has claimed that the foldable flagship Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will feature a titanium frame. If this claim turns out to be true, this model will be the first foldable phone to feature titanium.
The first titanium-coated Android phone was the Xiaomi 14 Pro. Samsung missed this opportunity, but it can break new ground in this field with its foldable model. So what changes if the Galaxy Z Fold 6 comes with a titanium frame?
Titanium, besides being very light and providing first-class material quality, is also more resistant to scratches and dents. This means the foldable phone will be more robust.
According to previously leaked information, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 model will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor produced by Qualcomm. Produced with 4 nm technology, the processor consists of 1 3.3 GHz ARM Cortex-X4, 3 3.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A720, 2 3.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A720 and 2 2.3 GHz ARM Cortex-A520 cores. The graphics unit is Adreno 750 with Ray Tracing support.
